CAN I GET A REFUND ON AN ITEM?
In a circumstance whereby items are defective, damaged or incorrect it may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, any items sent back to us after the 14 day limit will be refused a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
If you are a UK (United Kingdom) customer and have returned an item due to it being incorrect or faulty, we will refund you within 14 days from the day in which we receive the items back from you. For other customers, refunds may take up to 21 days from the day in which we receive the items back from you.
Faulty or incorrect items returned by you will be refunded in full if returned in a suitable manner. If an occurance happens whereby we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the post office or applicable returns service location in which you used as proof of postage. We do hold the right to refuse to refund you if we do not receive the item and you are unable to provide the proof of postage. In usual circumstances we will refund the money received from yourself using the same method originally used to purchase your item.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
If an item you have received is defective, damaged or incorrect then you are eligable to have either a refund or an exchange. If you wish to exchange an item please send your item back to us with details of your request or send us an email at email@example.com before returning your goods within 14 days of receving your item. If an item you have requested is out of stock when we receive your exchange request we are not required to provide the exchange and will instead refund you for the item. Please note that in order to get an exchange the item must be returned as it was received and we are not eligable to exchange or refund you if the item is returned to us in a dismannered state. All costs in regards to returning the item for an exchange or refund are a responsibility of the purchaser not Versatile Me.

All shipping costs are a responsibility of the purchaser not Versatile Me and therefore you will not be refunded for any money in regards to the shipping of the item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
